NICOLA OLYSLAGERS
GPCC congratulates Nicola Olyslagers (nee McDermott) on her incredible achievements and ongoing professional career.
Nicola is an Olympic gold medallist, holds two World Championship golds, and cleared a 2.04m high jump to become oceanian record holder.
Nicola has been recognised as Female Field Athlete of the Year for 2025.
DANIEL WEBBER
Daniel is an acclaimed actor, famous for intense, transformative roles.
He gained widespread recognition in Escape from Pretoria alongside Daniel Radcliffe, and as Vince Neil in Netflix’s The Dirt.
You can also see him as Jesse Evans in the Western epic Billy the Kid on Stan. Daniel’s impressive credits include Danger Close: The Battle of Long Tan, Seriously Red, and Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga.
He will next star in Ruben Östlund’s anticipated film “The Entertainment System Is Down”.
CHRISTIE CATLEY
Christie is a biomedical science researcher. Her PhD work focuses on intestinal healing and gut health. Christie has been recognised for her research achievements, receiving travel grants to attend conferences, awards at both university and international levels, and the People’s Choice Award in the 2025 Three Minute Thesis competition. She is supported by an Australian Government Research Training Scholarship, a prestigious award for her PhD studies.
ZAC HAMPSON
Zac is a distinguished artist. Renowned for his world-class skill in portraiture, figurative work, and landscapes, Zac frequently paints en plein air to capture the beauty of the Australian environment.
Mentored by internationally acclaimed artists, he has exhibited extensively and earned recognition as a rising talent, notably appearing on Portrait Artist of the Year Australia.
Zac is a dedicated educator and a premier live wedding painter, blending technical mastery with a passion for creating memorable, personalized art for clients worldwide.

INGE GOOSEN
Inge, known at the College for her exceptional leadership and academic brilliance, served our community with distinction as both a Prefect and College Dux.
True to the dedication she showed during her time with us, Inge has spent the last several years pursuing her passion for medicine. She completed her Doctor of Medicine (MD) at Macquarie University, and in a wonderful win for our local community, this year, Inge commenced her career on the frontline as a Junior Doctor at Gosford Hospital.
NATHAN ELLIS
Nathan completed a four-year Honours degree in Software Engineering from UNSW in 2020.
Following a standout internship at Canva, he joined full-time as a graduate and rapidly advanced to Senior Software Engineer.
A key highlight of his tenure includes architecting and launching Canva’s highly requested "Draw in Present Mode" feature. Nathan decoupled complex codebases to deliver this tool from concept to production, scaling it to reach over 10 million users fortnightly worldwide.
MATTHEW FOSTER
After graduating from GPCC, Matthew earned a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney before chasing the skies. In February 2026, he successfully graduated from the No. 284 Pilots Course.
Flying Officer Foster is now officially a Royal Australian Air Force Pilot, currently flying the C-130J Hercules at RAAF Base Richmond in Sydney.
CELINE STYLIANOU
Celine is an Associate Lawyer at Simpson Thatcher & Bartlett LLP in New York. Her role focuses on mergers and acquisitions in the renewable energy sector.
Her previous roles in Sydney were at Mallesons and Massons law firms where she worked in a range of sectors.
Celine is now also studying for the New York Bar which she sits in February 2027.
CALEB WALTON
Congratulations to Caleb Walton who is now a qualified Aircraft Technician in the Royal Australian Air Force, working on the incredible F-35A Lightning II in Newcastle.
ELLA SANDEMAN
Ella was a finalist in the student category for her artwork titled 'Serenity' in the 2021 National Capital Art Prize.
Ella is also an Illustrator, you can see her art in the book "The Christmas Story with Daisy and Ziggy".
JARROD SLOAN
Congratulations to Jarrod Sloan, GPCC Class of 2018.
He is a professional Quantity Surveyor working full-time at RLB Wellington, New Zealand.
