Prayer at the Post
This week, our staff and community gathered for a special time of prayer.
This time looked a little different, with four interactive prayer stations that guided us through different ways of connecting with God:
Thanksgiving – recognising God's goodness and giving thanks for His faithfulness, provision and blessings.
Adoration – worshipping God for who He is, reflecting on His character and praising Him.
Petition – bringing our needs, concerns and prayers for others before God, trusting that He hears and cares.
The Lord's Prayer – reflecting on the prayer Jesus taught His disciples and learning how it shapes our own prayer life.
It was a meaningful opportunity to pause, reflect and pray together as a community. Thank you to all who were able to join us.
Green Point Christian College acknowledges God our Father, the creator and giver of all life, and the Darkinjung people who are the traditional custodians of this land. We pay our respect to their Elders past, present and emerging. We pray God's blessings over all indigenous people groups, and we ask for His wisdom as we love and respect each other as God intended.
