Green Point Christian College is seeking a reliable and highly adaptable Casual Administration Assistant to provide support during both planned and unplanned staff absences. This role offers varied work across our busy College office and requires someone who can step in confidently, learn new tasks quickly, and enjoy the flexibility of being called in when needed. Work is during school terms only.
The ideal candidate will:
- Demonstrate strong organisational and time‑management abilities
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and in person
- Bring proven reception and/or customer service experience
- Be highly competent with computers and able to learn new systems quickly
- Show initiative and a proactive, positive attitude
- Thrive in a fast‑paced environment and adapt quickly to changing needs
- Hold a current First Aid certificate or be willing to obtain one
- Have experience in an education setting (highly desirable)
The successful applicant must be a committed Christian and willing to work under the ethos of the College.
