Year 10-11 Academic Awards and Thanksgiving Service

This week we celebrated the efforts and achievements of our Year 10 and 11 students — recognising excellence not only academically, but beyond the classroom.

We honoured our top academic achievers as well as those who have demonstrated sustained effort and application in their studies. New awards introduced this year included the Christian Citizenship Award, Year Advisor Awards and the All Rounder Award.

The event also featured musical items, drama and worship, making it a meaningful celebration of both talent and gratitude.

We also acknowledged students who gained a Certificate III in Christian Ministry and Theology, celebrated our 2025 Bali Life Mission Trip team, presented the MAF Trek Awards and acknowledged the students for their service to Chapel LIFE.

University of Newcastle Excellence Awards were given, along with the prestigious University of Newcastle Vice-Chancellor’s Award which carries a scholarship, awarded to Ben S.

The Robertson Medallion was awarded to Matilda L for her dedication to a community initiative and leadership. Matilda volunteers for Coast Shelter and served on the Bali Life Trip, and earlier this year was named Central Coast Council's Youth Volunteer at the Central Coast Youth Awards.

The MAF (Mission Aviation Fellowship) Leadership Award recognises a student who has shown Christian character and servant-hearted leadership, and this year was presented to Morgan D.

The sporting achievements of our students was also celebrated, with the event concluding with the presentation of the Principal's Cup. The cup is awarded to a student who typifies the goals we have a school for our students. This is a person who exhibits Godly character, is colleborative, a committed learner in all circumstances, is creative and thanks critically, who is socially engaged with their relationships characterised by service to and care for others. We are proud to announce this years Principal's Cup awardee is Bella T.

Thank you to all parents and carers who joined us in this special celebration of our students. We are so proud of all of their achievements.
